Red Rock Espresso
North Italian style of roasting - that is, medium roasted so that the coffee beans retain some origin characteristics, but still long enough to caramlise and reduce acidity. This espresso has a hearty body, strong but balanced acidity and a healthy crema. A blend of 3 Africa beans. Like taking a breath of desert air in early spring after the first rains - full of a bouquet of fragrances and tastes, but still with a decent kick.
